Easy And Fresh Apple Muffins

Found this recipie in the “Happy Times With Home Cooking” from the Keller First United methodist  church,The 1991 Edition. But its a compilation of recipes from 1968-1991! And this one was submiited  by Billie Jeane Garner, As always I don’t know who you are but THANK YOU!

Yum YUm YUM! These are a simple thing you can make in the morning! Instead of giving kids cereal or Pot Tarts Just spend a few moments and bake them something fresh! It took 5 Minutes to mix and 17 Mins to bake! And it was so moist and had a great taste! The recipe makes about 24-28 muffins! And i had all the ingredients siting around the house. Its kinda nice to not have to run to the store to just make something special for once! I Will suggest taking off the baking cups before they cool down so that way they don’t stick to the sides of the muffin!
I hope you enjoy!

1 Cup Crisco
2 Cups Sugar
3 Cups Flour
4 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Cup Warm Water With
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda Dissolved
2 Tablespoons of Vanilla
3 Fresh Apples Grated

Grate the apples and put them to the side. Mix the rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix well! Then fold in the grated apples. Bake in muffin cups at 350° for 15-20 minutes!
And Your Done!
